Throughout my life, I’ve lived in all three of New Brunswick’s major cities. Whether my roots were planted in Saint John, Fredericton, or Moncton - I’ve loved incorporating the beauty of natural landscapes into my work. Environment is such a unique way to set-the-scene in a photograph, and I love incorporating my client’s favourite natural spaces into our work.
I’ve travelled the province with Tourism New Brunswick - photographing our National and Provincial Parks, the businesses that bring charm to even the smallest of towns, and the people who make the Maritimes the friendliest place in the world.
Toting around a camera for most of my twenties has given me perspective. Through a glass lens, I’ve learned that even the most unassuming love stories can bring me to tears. Love stories don’t always involve two people, and sometimes they are made up of a person and a dream they have for themselves. I’ve learned that there is beauty in the quiet moments, and peace to be found in the loudest. The most wonderful revelation? With a camera in my hands, I can capture all of it.
Born & raised in New Brunswick, I fall more in love with the beauty of my province (and it’s maritime neighbours) every season that passes.

When my camera isn’t in my hand, you can probably find me snuggling my rescue pup - Rosie (we’re soul mates) or gallivanting with my girlfriends. My cocktail of choice is a gin & tonic - made with love - because I think you CAN tell the difference. My love language is sharing a well-curated playlist and waking up in a tent in the middle of August. I believe that you’re never too old to hold hands with your friends or your grandmother - and would prefer to live out the rest of my life never eating another bell pepper. I think swimming in the ocean is always a good idea, no matter the season.

Many photographers will show up for your day, stay professionally distant and not get too attached. I believe that the best images are captured when there is trust and understanding on both sides of the camera. I make a point to get to know my clients. I want to know what's important to you and your loved ones. My style will always be forging a connection that goes beyond what is "necessary". This helps me to document the moments others may miss, and allows me to find the tender ties of connection between you and your loved ones.

Photography is by nature a vulnerable exchange between artist and muse.
I pride myself on creating an environment where all clients feel welcome and safe to be vulnerable. The best images will always come from a photographer who invites you to show up exactly as you are, free of judgement. In other words - let your freak flag fly - you’re safe here. I believe our eccentricities are worthy of celebration.

I will always encourage you to shamelessly indulge in the things that bring you joy, not things that you think should bring you joy. If you want to ignore conventional "rules" for your wedding and tailor your day to you - I will always enthusiastically say yes.
Want a first look? We're on it. Don't want to have a dance? Say less. Is your dream wedding attire a flannel shirt with a blunt in hand? It's your day. Stop worrying about what others will think and do what feels good. This perspective goes for my branding and boudoir clients, too.

Some people are naturally gifted artists. Although I think all good photographers have that "natural gift" - I believe the best photographers commit to life-long learning, sustained growth and stepping out of their comfort zone. I take pride in being a multi-niched photographer with diverse experience in commercial production, traditional education, shadowing and a curious mind, I'm committed to constantly pushing my creative boundaries, learning wherever possible, and always trying something new.
